Anger is a notification, not an order. Read it before you tap anything.

STILLNESS

WHAT THIS MEANS

Anger carries useful information, usually that something you care about got stepped on, and it arrives with a suggested action almost always worse than what you would pick ten minutes later. The feeling is legitimate. The urgency attached to it is the unreliable part, since it is built for speed rather than accuracy.

When it hits, read the message before acting on it: what exactly was crossed, and what would genuinely repair it. Respond to that, on your own timing. Delay costs nothing and improves nearly every version of what you were about to say.
