A plateau is often consolidation rather than a halt. Gains are not laid down at the same moment they are stimulated, and a flat stretch on the log frequently means the adaptation from the last block is still being made permanent. What looks like nothing happening is the part that makes the previous work stay.
During a flat period, hold the routine steady instead of tearing it up in search of a new one. Keep sleep and food ordinary and boring. Give it a few more weeks before deciding the programme is the problem.
