You judged a two-hour movie by one frozen frame and called it a review.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
A single moment is not a summary of anything. One interaction, one bad day, one clip, and the conclusion feels complete because the mind hates holding a partial picture. What you actually have is a frame with no before and no after, and almost all the meaning was in what you did not see.
When you catch yourself concluding from one instance, say plainly that you do not have enough yet. Wait for a second and third look. It costs nothing to withhold a verdict, and it saves you from being wrong about a person in a way that is hard to undo.
Whom did you judge from one bad day of theirs?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
