Ask yourself: if you stopped driving, paying and planning, would they still call?
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
One question separates convenience from company. If you are always the one who drives, pays, books and organizes, the relationship may be running on your logistics rather than on anybody’s real interest, and no villain is required for that to be true. People accept whatever is offered. The arrangement only becomes visible once the offering stops.
Let something go unplanned for a few weeks and see whether anyone else picks it up. Notice who asks after you when there is nothing to arrange. Spend more of yourself on the people who reach for you first.
What would happen if you stopped being the one organizing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
