Knowing better is a thought. Doing better is a habit. Only one shows up in your life.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Insight is cheap and it feels like progress. Working out what you should do arrives in a moment, costs nothing, and produces the pleasant sense of having already moved, which is how people stay well-informed and unchanged for years. What appears in a life is repetition. The space between knowing and doing is where most plans quietly live.
Take one thing you have understood for months and give it the smallest possible daily form. Make it easy enough that skipping it would feel strange. Track whether it happened rather than how it felt.
What do you know perfectly well and still not do?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
