Crutches teach you who holds doors without being asked. Write those names down.

RESILIENCE
Needing help sorts people quickly. Some reach for the door before you have asked and never mention it, some wait to be asked, and some do not notice at all. None of that is really about you, but it is accurate information about them, and you rarely get to see it this clearly.
Keep track of who was easy to be around while you needed something. Say thank you specifically rather than generally, naming the thing they did. Then do the same for somebody else once you are the one with free hands.
Who helped you without being asked to?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
