A plateau usually isn’t the end of progress. More often it’s a signal to change how you train.

RESILIENCE
Flat stretches usually mean that whatever you are doing has finished working, not that you have finished improving. A method that took you from bad to decent will often stop there, because the limiting thing has changed and your training has not. The frustrating part is that more of the same effort now produces almost nothing.
Work out what the real limit is instead of adding volume: strength, technique, decision-making, nerve. Change one variable for a few weeks and watch what happens. Asking a coach what they would change is faster than guessing, and most are pleased to be asked.
What would you change about how you practice now?
