When a teammate is struggling, don’t fix it. Run next to them for a bit.

RESILIENCE
The urge to fix somebody is mostly about your own discomfort at watching them struggle. Advice hands them another task, while company costs them nothing and makes the thing slightly more survivable. Matching their pace also says you are not going anywhere, which is usually what they are worried about underneath.
This week, instead of offering a solution to somebody who is behind, do the thing alongside them. Run the set with them, sit at the same table in the library, take the shift they are dreading. Say almost nothing about the problem itself unless they bring it up first.
Who needs you beside them rather than solving things?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
