Pressure feels personal. Usually it’s just the season: finals, tryouts, deadlines, all landing on the same week.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Pressure is often calendar-shaped rather than personal. Finals, tryouts and deadlines tend to land in the same two weeks because of how terms get built, not because anything is aimed at you, and the pile-up arrives on everybody at once. Knowing that does not reduce the work, and it does change how you read your own struggling.
Look at a calendar and find the week where everything actually collides. Move whatever can be moved out of it, even by a few days, and warn people about the rest. Afterwards, notice that the pressure dropped because the week ended, not because you got better at it.
