Strong opinions deserve strong foundations.

REFLECTION
Holding a view forcefully commits you to something: it changes how people act, what gets decided, how much trust you spend. That commitment should be backed by proportionate work. Strong opinions are cheap to produce and expensive when wrong, which is why the strength should follow the foundation rather than arriving first and hoping for support later.
Before you state something firmly, ask what you would say if pressed for your reasons. If you would struggle, either soften how you put it or go and do the work. Both are respectable; asserting confidently on nothing is the only option that costs you later.
Which opinion do you state loudly and support thinly?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
