If you need to win every argument, you’ll lose a lot of teammates.

Winning an argument and getting a good outcome are different things, and often opposed. Every point pressed to its conclusion costs a little of somebody’s willingness to work with you, and a group’s goodwill can be spent entirely on being correct. People remember how it felt to disagree with you long after forgetting the topic. The tally you are keeping is not the one they are keeping.
Try conceding something small and genuine in the next disagreement, out loud and on purpose. Say what is right in their position before you say what is wrong. It will cost you the decision far less often than you expect.
