Once you get good, you’ll be tempted to stop listening. That’s usually right before you stop getting better.

Competence makes advice start to feel like noise. Once you are clearly good at something, much of what people tell you is wrong or already known, so you learn to filter, and the filter gradually catches the useful things too. The plateau that follows feels like your level, when in fact you stopped taking anything in.
Keep one person whose correction you still accept, even when it irritates you. Ask them for one thing to fix rather than general thoughts. When you catch yourself deciding somebody has nothing to teach you, treat that as the warning.
Whose advice did you stop taking once you got decent?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
