A tired mind can turn inconvenience into catastrophe.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Fatigue changes the size of things. A small setback, a mild disagreement, an ordinary logistical problem, all of them expand when you have nothing left, and the emotional response is real even though the scale is not. Knowing this does not stop it and it does make it survivable.
When your reaction feels disproportionate, ask when you last slept properly and ate properly. If the answer is bad, postpone the conclusion and the conversation until it is better.
What small thing set you off when you were running empty?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
