The person who never stops eventually stops involuntarily.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Continuous operation ends one way. Bodies and minds have limits that are not negotiable indefinitely, and refusing voluntary pauses simply means the pause will eventually be imposed, at a moment nobody chose and usually with worse consequences. The only real choice is who schedules it.
Put a stop in your own calendar before something else does. A week, a weekend, whatever is possible. Scheduling it yourself is the cheapest version of an event that is coming regardless.
When did your body last make a decision you refused to make?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
