Sometimes the answer to your prayer is a person, and they’re already sitting next to you in class.

Help often arrives in a less dramatic form than the one you were hoping for. You can be waiting for circumstances to change while the actual provision is a person two seats away who knows the subject, has the spare room, or would say yes if asked. Looking only upward can mean missing what is beside you. The ordinary route is still an answer.

Name the thing you have been hoping resolves itself, then list the people who could help with some part of it. Ask one of them this week, plainly and without a long preamble. Stay open to help that looks smaller than what you wanted.
