Certainty is not the entry fee, and nobody at the door is in a position to check it. Arriving with open questions is simply what honest attendance looks like for a lot of people, including plenty of those who appear settled. Waiting until you have it worked out keeps you outside indefinitely, since the working out tends to happen among other people rather than before you reach them.

If you have been staying away until you feel clearer, go once anyway and let the questions come with you. You owe nobody an account of where you stand. Take one question to somebody there who seems unbothered by hard ones.
