God answers some prayers with “keep walking.” That’s still an answer.

Not every answer arrives as a change in your circumstances. Sometimes the only thing that comes back is a quiet sense that you should carry on in the same direction, and that lands like being ignored when you were hoping to be rescued. Keep going is a real instruction though. It tells you where you are not supposed to turn around.

When nothing is resolved this week, do the next ordinary thing on the list anyway. Write down what you asked for and the date, so that later you can see what moved while you were busy assuming nothing was.
