Somebody stacked every chair after service. Nobody clapped. Heaven took notes.

Clean-up has the smallest audience of any part of an event and the clearest view of character. By the time the chairs get stacked, the people who came for the main thing have gone home. Whoever is still there is doing it for reasons that have nothing to do with being seen. Work like that gets no acknowledgement in the room and still counts.
Stay for the packing up once this week, at practice or a family meal. Be the one who is still there when the interesting part is over. Say nothing about it afterward and notice that it still happened.
Who stacks the chairs after your group finally goes home?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
