You’ll need grace for people who are slower to grow than you. Somebody once gave you the same patience.

Impatience with somebody who has not caught up yet is usually a sign you have forgotten your own timeline. You were slow at something and somebody waited, often without telling you they were waiting. The people around you are on separate schedules for reasons you cannot see from outside. Being further along does not entitle you to be irritated.

Who have you been quietly exasperated with lately, a friend, a sibling, a teammate? Give them another month without mentioning it. And remember the person who gave you that, and consider telling them you noticed.
