The body has no interest in the excuses that convinced the calendar.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
You can talk yourself out of anything on paper. Deadlines, obligations, the genuinely full week, all of it can justify skipping sleep or movement or food that resembles food. The body does not audit the reasoning. It records the input and returns the result, and it is entirely indifferent to how defensible the input was.
When you catch yourself constructing a case for why this week does not allow care, notice that you are arguing with something that cannot hear you. Ask instead what the smallest honest version of the habit looks like inside the week you actually have. Fifteen minutes that happen beats an hour that stays theoretical.
Which reason for skipping it have you used most often?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
