Let the picture come out blurry. The moment was clear, and you were in it.

Taking the photograph and being in the moment compete for the same attention. A clear picture usually means somebody spent the good thirty seconds managing angles, checking the result and trying again, which is thirty seconds of the actual event spent elsewhere. A blurry one is often evidence that you were present. The image is a souvenir, not the thing itself.
Take one photo and then stop. Put the phone away and finish the moment, and when the picture turns out badly, keep it anyway.
Which moment did you spend behind a camera instead of inside?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
