When you change for the better, someone younger is watching and taking notes on how it’s done.

Children and younger siblings learn far more from what you do than from anything you tell them. They watch how you handle being wrong, whether you keep a promise, what you do on a day when it would be easy not to bother. None of it is announced and all of it is being recorded.

Pick the one thing you would want somebody younger to copy and do it where they can see it. Keeping a promise, admitting a mistake, turning up when you said you would. You do not have to mention it; being watched is enough.
