Reinvention is courage repeated until the unfamiliar becomes home.

CREATIVITY
Courage is not a single dramatic act here but a repetition, the same uncomfortable choice made enough times that the strangeness wears off. What makes reinvention hard is not the difficulty of any one step but the constant unfamiliarity, the sense of not belonging in the life you are building. That sense fades only through accumulation, never through waiting.
Expect the awkward stage to last longer than feels reasonable, and count it as progress rather than evidence you chose wrong. Do the unfamiliar thing again this week, even badly. Familiarity is manufactured by repetition, and there is no shortcut around that.
