The most honest things you’ll ever do will get zero likes. That’s fine. They weren’t for that.

LEADERSHIP
Honesty and attention run on completely different systems. The things that cost you most tend to be private: a correction nobody asked for, money handed back, a no that lost you an invitation, and none of it photographs or explains well. Judge your behaviour by what gets a response and you will drift towards the version of goodness that performs.
Keep a short private list this week of things you did that nobody saw. Do not post them, just know they happened. That list, rather than your feed, is the honest account of what you have been like lately.
What honest thing have you done that nobody ever saw?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
