Not sure what the team needs? Ask. Guessing turns you into the main character.

LEADERSHIP
Guessing puts your interpretation at the centre of everything and quietly turns the group into an audience for your decisions. It is also inefficient, because people generally know what would help and will say so when asked a direct question. Assuming you can read the room is how well-meaning people end up solving a problem nobody had.
Ask two people this week what would make things easier, and ask specifically rather than in general. Then do one of the things they tell you. A smaller thing they asked for beats a bigger thing you invented.
What have you decided for a group without asking them?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
