Nearly every group is full of good suggestions that nobody has claimed. The gap between a room agreeing something ought to happen and the thing happening is one person willing to put their name on a specific part of it. That move is unglamorous, slightly risky, and almost the whole of what leading means.
Pick the suggestion sitting unowned in your group and take a piece of it by Friday. Say out loud what you will do and when. Watch how fast other people claim their parts once somebody has gone first.
Which good idea around you is still waiting for somebody?
