If your team can’t disagree with you, you’ll only ever hear your own ideas repeated back.

Agreement is the most comfortable and least informative thing a group can produce. When disagreeing carries a cost, people stop offering it long before they stop having it, so what comes back to you is a tidied version of whatever you already said. You end up well supported and badly informed.
Ask directly for the strongest objection and wait through the silence that follows. Thank the first person who gives you one, visibly, so everybody sees what happens next. Change your mind out loud at least once, because that is the proof people are watching for.
When did somebody on your side last tell you no?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
