In a choir, breathing at different times lets the section hold one long note. Teams survive the same way.

LEADERSHIP

WHAT THIS MEANS

No single singer can hold a note forever, so sections stagger their breathing and the sound carries on unbroken. A group of people can run on the same principle: not everyone has to be at full strength at once, as long as the rests are spread out. That means knowing who is low this week and covering the gap deliberately. Pushing everybody to be strong simultaneously guarantees a silence later.

Look at who in your group is running empty and take something off them for a few days. Arrange things so the quiet weeks do not all land together. Take your own rest before you need it.
