Sharing what you know doesn’t make you less valuable. Hoarding it makes you a bottleneck.

LEADERSHIP
Keeping what you know to yourself feels like security and works out as a trap. Everything has to come through you, so you never get a day off, never move on to anything else, and the group stalls whenever you are away. Being the only person who knows is not the same as being valued. Teaching it gets you the credit without the weight.
Write down the thing only you can do, in plain steps, and give it to somebody. Let them do it the next three times while you watch. Then stop being the person who does it.
What are you holding onto that your team keeps waiting for?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
