Show your team your own failed attempts. Hidden struggle makes everyone think they’re the only one failing.

LEADERSHIP
You only ever see other people’s finished work, so everybody quietly concludes the difficulty is theirs alone. That belief makes people give up early and hide whatever they are stuck on. Letting your rough versions be seen breaks the illusion faster than any amount of encouragement, because it is evidence rather than reassurance. It also makes you much easier to ask for help.
Show somebody a draft, a failed attempt or an early version of something you made this week. Say how many tries it actually took. Keep the bad version around rather than deleting it once it works.
Which struggle of yours have you kept hidden from everyone?
