Your calendar is a more honest biography than your bio.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

A description of yourself is written for an audience; a week of appointments is not. One lists what you care about, the other records where you actually were, which is harder to argue with. Nobody writes in a bio about the nine hours of scrolling and the forty minutes with family. The schedule keeps that score automatically.

Look back over the last seven days and total the hours by category, roughly. Compare it to how you would describe your priorities out loud. Then change one block next week so the two accounts agree slightly better.

A QUESTION TO SIT WITH

What did your last two weeks actually get spent on?
