Your blind spot does not disappear because everybody got tired of pointing at it.

REFLECTION
A blind spot is defined by the fact that you cannot see it from where you stand, which means other people giving up on mentioning it changes nothing except the quality of your information. Silence tends to read as agreement or as improvement, but it usually just means the people who cared have stopped spending effort there.
Ask one person who used to tell you hard things whether they stopped, and whether there was a reason. Take whatever comes back without defending. The willingness to hear it is what determines whether anyone bothers again.
What have several people told you that you keep dismissing?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
