A beautiful place cannot compensate indefinitely for a life that does not fit there.

REFLECTION
Scenery is a genuine pleasure and a poor foundation. A view you no longer see, in a place where the work is wrong or the people are absent, stops paying dividends surprisingly fast. Beauty can hold a mismatched life together for a season, not for a decade.
If you moved somewhere for how it looks and something is still off, do not dismiss the feeling as ingratitude. Ask what is missing besides scenery. Usually it is work that suits you or people who know you, and neither of those is solved by a better view.
