Your future self is built out of whatever you’re paying attention to this month.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
What you become is mostly made of what you looked at. Attention is the raw material: the things you watched a hundred times taught you what to want, what to fear and what counts as normal, and none of that arrived as a decision you remember making. Nobody chooses a personality, but almost everybody chooses inputs.
So take an honest look at the last month. Check your screen time by app, and ask what a stranger would guess you care about from that list alone. Then change one input rather than all of them, swapping one account for one you would rather resemble.
What has taken most of your attention this past month?
