People work harder for someone who notices the little things they did right.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Effort that gets seen gets repeated. Most of what people do well is small and unglamorous and almost all of it goes unmentioned, so being noticed for it is rare enough to change how somebody feels about a whole shift. This is not manipulation. It is accurate feedback, aimed at a specific thing, from somebody who was paying attention.
Notice one small thing a day this week and say it. The teammate who covered a gap, the colleague who restocked without being asked, the friend who remembered something. Name the detail rather than offering general praise, and watch what happens to the mood around you by Friday.
Whose small good effort could you mention out loud today?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
