A person’s life can change because somebody shared information at the right time.

Someone telling you the thing they knew and you did not can redirect years. The programme that exists, the person who is hiring, how the process actually works, what the number should be. Information is distributed unevenly, and passing it along is nearly free and occasionally decisive.

When you learn something useful, think about who would benefit and tell them. Do not assume it is obvious or already known. Most of what feels like common knowledge to you is invisible to someone standing one step outside the room.
