A rook stuck in the corner does nothing. Move your best skills to where the game is actually happening.

A piece has value only where it can act. Sitting in the corner it keeps all its theoretical strength and contributes nothing, because position decides what strength may do. The same is true of what you are good at, and a talent used somewhere it does not matter is hard to tell apart from not having it.

Look at your best skill and ask where it is currently pointed. If it is going into something nobody needs, move it. That same ability aimed at the group project, or the part of the job everyone avoids, starts producing results it never could in the corner.
