A calendar is just a year cut into boxes. What you write in them is the part that’s yours.
STILLNESS
STILLNESS
The grid is arbitrary. Months, weeks and the particular Tuesday you are dreading are a convention invented for keeping track, and the only part with content in it is what gets written in the boxes. That seems obvious until you notice how much of your year gets filled in by others: school, practice, shifts, family plans. The empty squares are the ones you own.
Look at the next two weeks and count how many hours are genuinely yours to assign. Then write one thing you chose into one of those boxes and treat it as real. A plan with a time on it survives, and an intention usually does not.
What is actually written in your next few weeks?
