Write down your top three values. Then look at your actual week. The gap is where the work is.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Values described in the abstract are easy and cost nothing. A week is a record of what you actually chose, hour by hour, and the two lists rarely match as well as you would hope. That mismatch is not proof you are a hypocrite. It is the ordinary drift between what matters to you and whatever happens to be in front of you.
Write the three, then go through last week honestly and see where the time went. Give the value with the biggest gap one scheduled hour this week. An hour closes more distance than more thinking about it.
Does your last week match the three things you claim matter?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
