After a win, list one thing you did badly. Winning is the easiest time to miss it.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
Results hide process. When the scoreboard goes your way, every choice you made gets quietly reclassified as correct, including the lazy ones and the lucky ones. Losing forces the review, which is why most learning happens there, but the flaws were present in the win too and they will still be there next week when the margin is thinner.
After the next good result, write down one thing you would do differently. Keep the line somewhere you will see it, so the next version of that mistake meets a prepared version of you.
After your last win, what did you still do poorly?
