If you’re always too busy for what you said mattered, your schedule is telling the truth.
REFLECTION
REFLECTION
What you do with your hours says more about your priorities than anything you say about them. Busy is real, but busy is made of small choices, repeated. If something you call important has not had an hour in a month, it is not really competing for your time. Your calendar is not an accusation, just a record.
Find the thing you say matters most and give it one specific slot this week, even thirty minutes. Protect it the way you protect practice. If nothing can move to make room, that is honest information too.
What did you call a priority and then never schedule?
