You can’t fix something you keep calling “not a big deal.”

REFLECTION
Calling a thing small is a way of putting it beyond repair, because small things do not get plans, time or help. That works until the problem turns up somewhere expensive. Often the phrase is not even about size, it is about not wanting to be a person who has a problem. Naming it properly is the first part of the fix.
Think of something you have been waving off and say it to yourself at full size, once. Then give it the smallest real step: a question, a message, an hour. You can still decide it is minor, but decide after you have looked.
What have you shrunk down to avoid dealing with it?
