“Nobody told me” is rarely true. Usually it was in a message you didn’t read.

REFLECTION

WHAT THIS MEANS

The information usually existed, in a group chat, an email, a sheet on the wall, and what happened is you did not read it. That is a small failing with a practical fix, which is why admitting it beats defending it. Leaning on nobody told me puts the blame somewhere you cannot repair. The next message will go unread the same way.

Pick the one place where important things get posted, the team chat or the class page, and read it at a fixed time each day. When you do miss something, say you missed it rather than that it was never sent. People help the first version more readily.

Which message did you skip and then claim nobody mentioned?
