A building can meet its blueprint and fail its inhabitants.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
A building can be constructed exactly to specification and still be a bad place to live in. The plan captures dimensions and not what it is like to carry shopping up the path, to hear the neighbours, to have nowhere for children to be. Compliance and habitability are separate things.
The same distinction applies to anything you make. Meeting the requirement is not the same as serving the person. Ask what daily use will actually feel like, and be willing to hear that something correct by every specified measure is nonetheless not working.
What did you deliver exactly as specified and still get wrong?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
