The interval between knowing and telling can become its own difficult chapter.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
The gap between knowing something and saying it can be heavier than either state. You hold information that will change things, you carry it through ordinary conversations, and every hour of delay starts to feel like a small deception even when the delay is reasonable. The waiting is not neutral ground; it has its own weather.
If you are in that interval, decide roughly when it ends rather than letting it drift. A vague someday soon extends the strain indefinitely. And if the telling has to wait for good reasons, let one person know you are holding something, since carrying it entirely alone is usually the part that does the damage.
What do you know that you have not yet said out loud?
