A choice made under pressure deserves a review after the pressure passes.
RESILIENCE
RESILIENCE
Pressure changes what looks reasonable. Under a deadline, a threat or a surge of feeling, you weigh things differently, discount the future, and choose whatever ends the discomfort soonest. That decision may still turn out to be right, but it was made by someone working with less than the full picture. Revisiting it later is not disloyalty to your past self, only the rest of the thinking.
Put a date in the calendar to look again at a choice you made in a hurry. Ask what you would decide now, and allow yourself to change it.
Which pressured decision have you never gone back to reconsider?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
