Keep a little time for interests that do not make you better at your job.

CREATIVITY
Almost any interest can be justified as development if you try hard enough. Reading builds vocabulary, walking clears the head, the hobby counts as networking, and gradually nothing in your life is allowed to exist for itself. That conversion is tiring, and it takes your rest away by turning it into another kind of work. Some hours should be genuinely off the ledger.
Keep one activity with no professional benefit at all, and do not defend it. If somebody asks what it is for, you can say you enjoy it and stop there.
What are you curious about that leads nowhere useful?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
