LEADERSHIP
Experience earns the right to be heard and loses it in the delivery. Presented as the single correct route, it invites resistance, and the listener spends their attention defending their own situation instead of taking what is useful. The same knowledge offered as one account among several gets tried out.
Tell the next younger or newer person what happened to you rather than what they should do. Add the conditions that made it work for you. Then say plainly that their circumstances may call for something else, and mean it.
Whose question did you answer with your own path as the rule?
Free, with nothing to buy inside it.
