A person’s values are clearest when breaking them would solve an immediate problem.

LEADERSHIP
The clearest reading of your values comes from what you do when breaking one would fix something urgent. In the absence of pressure, everyone’s values look admirable. Under an immediate problem with an available shortcut, the actual hierarchy becomes visible, sometimes to your surprise.
When a shortcut presents itself, name what it would cost in principle rather than only in risk. Then decide whether the immediate problem is genuinely worth that. Sometimes the honest answer will trouble you, and it is better to know your own ordering than to keep an inaccurate picture of it.
