Character is the agreement between what you believe and what you repeatedly do.

LEADERSHIP
Character is not what you believe; it is the overlap between what you believe and what you actually do repeatedly. The gap between them is common and mostly invisible from inside, because belief feels like action and intention feels like practice. Only the repeated behaviour counts.
Pick one value you hold and look at last month for evidence of it. Actual instances, not intentions. If the evidence is thin, the value is currently aspirational, which is fine and useful to know. Then choose one recurring situation where you can act on it, and let the record start filling in.
Where do your daily actions disagree with what you believe?
